Here at Floris UMC, we have a variety of groups for those who play instruments or for those who want to learn. We always welcome new members!

Handbells
All of our handbell groups participate in Sunday worship and may attend off-site festival events as able. To learn more about any of our handbell groups or to join, contact Laura Shelton.
The Joyful Noise children’s choir is seeking a new music leader. The new leader will help lead children in learning simple songs each week during the 9:15 a.m. Preschool Sunday school hour.
The Hallelujah Children’s Choir is seeking replacement Choir Director. Each week, 10:20-11:10 a.m., you will help children to learn and grow in music.
If interested in either of the above opportunities, contact Yoon Nam.
About Full Circle Band
Full Circle Band (FCB) leads worship at the 9:15 a.m. and 5 p.m. worship services, as well as provides music for concerts and special events throughout the year. Full Circle Band is comprised of students and adults who wish to worship God by experiencing music ranging from praise and worship hits to original music written by the group; from the cutting edge of Christian music to secular music that speaks to the Christian life.
How to Join
Individual auditions happen throughout the year. Please contact Megan Seals, for more information and specifics about the time requirements, desired skills and audition information.
The range of musical experience varies greatly among the members of FCB, but due to the group’s limited rehearsal opportunities, a modicum of proficiency is required.
Have you always wanted to join a choir but have been intimidated because you can’t read music? Do you love to sing and worship God? Are you looking for a way to get plugged in musically, but only want a short-term commitment?
If so, this is the choir for you!
